The company operates 20 hydroelectric, 3 wind, 1 hybrid solar and 1 geothermal power plants with a total installed capacity of 1,180 megawatts. With the establishment of Turkey's first private hydroelectric plant in 1995 and the renewable energy resources which we have put in our focus for 30 years, we are proud of pioneering the energy sector. As in our 40 years of deep rooted history, today too, with our society and environment-sensitive stance, we always work. 75% green notes due 2027, aiming to optimize capital structure and reduce near-term liquidity risks. - The tender funds new green notes issuance, extending debt maturity while maintaining 100% renewable energy operations amid Turkey's economic challenges.
